Refund & Exchange Policy
We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if your event is going ahead on the date originally planned.
If additional dates are added for an event that you already have tickets for, we are unable to offer refunds for your original purchase. You may be able to request that your ticket dates are changed – you must contact the Event Organiser directly to do this.
If the date of an event is changed, you may request a refund by emailing email@example.com. You must email at least 14 days before the event.
If an event is cancelled altogether, we’ll usually just refund your tickets automatically. If you haven’t received a refund for an event within 14 days of it being cancelled, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any refunds given are for the face value of each ticket only. Ticket processing fees are non-refundable.
COVID-19 Refund Information
Should an event that you have purchased tickets for be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the face value of your ticket (excluding processing fees) will be refunded automatically within 7 working days.
