Refund & Exchange Policy

CarEvents.com operates as a ticket marketplace, facilitating sales on behalf of independent event organisers. As such, refund and exchange policies may vary depending on the organiser of each specific event. We recommend reviewing the event organiser’s terms and conditions during checkout and contacting them directly for any refund or exchange enquiries.

Standard Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the event’s own terms, the following standard policy applies:

  • No refunds or exchanges are available if the event is going ahead as scheduled. This includes any changes to the format of the event caused by adverse weather conditions or circumstances outside the organiser’s control.
  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be entitled to one of the following, depending on the organiser’s process:
    • A full refund of the ticket face value (excluding any booking or processing fees), or
    • The option to transfer your ticket to the next available date for the event.

Event Date Changes and Additional Dates

  • If additional dates are added to an event you have already purchased tickets for, your original booking remains valid for the original date. Refunds are not available solely because extra dates are announced.
  • You may request to change your ticket to an alternative date, where available. This is at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser, and all such requests must be made directly to them.

Requesting a Refund for Rescheduled Events

  • If an event you have booked is rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value.
  • To request this, you must contact the Event Organiser via email at least 14 days prior to the new event date. Late requests may not be accepted.

Cancelled Events

  • If an event is cancelled with no rescheduled date, the organiser will normally issue a refund automatically using your original payment method.
  • If you have not received your refund within 14 days of the cancellation notice, please contact the organiser directly to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All refunds apply to the face value of the ticket only.
  • Booking, service, or processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise by the event organiser.

CarEvents.com acts solely as the fulfilment partner and is not responsible for setting or enforcing refund decisions made by individual event organisers.
