There is a long association with motor bikes at Wiscombe Park. In Colin Rolls book “50 years of Wiscombe Park” it is noted that in May 1961 George Brown demonstrated his 1000cc Vincent, known as “Nero”.
The first recorded “all bike” event was on the 14th September 1969, when 93 riders took part, including 24 sidecar outfits and three wheelers. This event was organised by Arnold and Christine Gimblett of the National Sprint Association (NSA).
The National Hill Climb Association (NHCA) have been running this event since 1990.
Enjoy the high speed action on two and three wheels – the perfect way to draw the Wiscombe Park season to a close.
