The first 5 Clubs meeting at Wiscombe Park was held on the 8th May 1976 when five motor clubs pooled their resources to organise two days of hillclimb competition. Although now down to 4 supporting clubs (Haldon folded in 1996) – Bristol, Plymouth, Taunton and Burnham-on-Sea MC – the tradition of 5 Clubs lives on – providing grassroots motorsport for all competitors across the South and South West.
