Yorkshire classic Mini specialist, ADO Restoration invite you to join them as they pop the kettle on and open the workshop doors on August bank holiday Monday, 26^th August, 10am- 2pm, to welcome in Mini owners and to celebrate 65 glorious years of one of the world’s best loved cars.

The free to attend event will be a relaxed coffee and cars style affair. Mini owners are encouraged to come down to the Halifax workshop to meet other Mini owners, see what happens in a classic car workshop and to join the team for a cuppa whilst admiring the classics.

No pre-booking is needed, but parking will be allocated on a first arrive, first park basis. Clubs and groups are welcome to attend, and all conditions of cars are welcome; meaning rolling restos and crusty classics are just as welcome as concours show winners.

The ADO Restoration workshop is a step back in time for many; continuing the skills and heritage of garages of yesteryear combined with the knowhow and modern advances in tools and materials to create truly exceptional classics for the 21^st century.

This is the first time the workshop has ever been accessible to the public and comes on the back of feedback from visitors asking to see the space in a little more detail.

Knowing how hard it can be to get great advice on those little problems on your classic, the team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have including restoration queries, day to day running concerns and those head scratchers you haven’t found a solution to.

Understanding the importance of the wider classic car community, the ADO Restoration team also welcome attendees in other classic cars including British, imported, modified and modern classic cars. In short, this is an event open to all enthusiasts from the classic car community.
