Engines at Elkstone – Sept is set for its last late summer event on 28 Sept. 6-9pm
Entry to the event is £5 per car not per person. Motorcycle are free.
Access – The Elkstone venue is without doubt a stunning location with superb access from the A417 in both directions. If you use What Three Words ///shipwreck.ship.uncouth or the Postcode GL53 9PQ
Display Parking – This area is freshly laid clean hard standing tarmac and offers oversized parking bays clearly defined with railway sleepers.
Clubs – We would love to allocate car clubs and an area specifically for you and your club chums can be arranged! Don’t forget to bring your banners!
None display cars – The event is open to all, and we have overflow parking for guests who just want to come for a nose around!
2 Wheels – Great, we love a 2-wheel machines!
Rally cars – We already have an interest to show some fabulous rally cars. I’m sure owners will even allow kids to sit inside for a photo – but please ask first
Food n drink – We have booked a fabulous food van for our guests, the Elkstone teepee will be open serving coffee/tea/alcohol and alcohol free/soft drinks
Trader parking – Come and promote your own automotive business. A key area can be allocated for up to 3 cars, fly your flag and generate interest and hopefully a few sales!
Family and kids – Next the to teepee within the amphitheatre area is a fabulous kids play area! You will lose the little monkeys for hours!! say no more!
Onsite businesses – At this moment we are unsure if Elkstones own business residents will open but you can always window shop!
Disabled access – the facility offers fabulous accessibility for all to fully enjoy the event.
Best in show – that’s car not dog! We are working on this! More to follow
Dogs – All very welcome, we love um to bits!
Photographers and influencers – Please feel free to snap the event. At this moment in time, we are unsure if a drone will be approved. If you are wanting to fly a drone please message us and will be try and figure something out.
No doughnuts – revving engines – burnouts – wheelies – dukes of hazard stunts – but Starsky and hutch bonnet slides are optional!
