Join us at the British Motor Museum for Mellow Monday to enjoy our fantastic collection on an afternoon dedicated to those who require a quieter environment to enjoy our wonderful car collection!

During Mellow Monday, we’ll be creating a more relaxed atmosphere through ‘Relaxed Hours’ between 3pm – 5pm, as well as audio-visuals and hand dryers in the Museum being switched off (paper towels will be provided), and lighting being lowered.

We are committed to ensuring that our spaces are accessible and inclusive as they can be, with continued additions, upgrades and changes to the Museum to make it as welcoming as possible, regardless of accessibility requirements.

Touch and Access Tours
Come along and join the Learning Team on one of our specially adapted Touch and Access Tours. These sensory guided tours bring the collection to life, allowing visitors to get up close to a number of the cars in the Museum.

SEND & Sensory Bags
Our SEND and Sensory bags are available to borrow during your visit to the Museum, providing a range of items to help make your visit to the Museum easier.
