All Vintage Volkswagen’s Welcome

See 80+ vintage Volkswagen on the meadow at Rancho Riding Park in San Juan Capistrano on March 30, 2024. This will be a fun day in San Juan Capistrano checking out some great vintage rides. Show starts at 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 30, 2024

PRE REGISTER YOUR VW TODAY! (see form below)

All vintage air cooled VW’s welcome to enter People’s Choice Awards and Best in Show.  Judging will be from 1pm to 3pm.  Best in Show Award, Peoples Choice Award, Best Custom VW Award and Most Original VW Award to be presented at 4pm to lucky winners from each category. Limited VW spots available. Please fill out the form below and add photos of your VW for approval. Each registered and approved VW owner will receive a wristband to Field Trip Fest. After you receive you approval email, please purchase your registration ticket with the code provided.  You will need this ticket to enter the show area at the VW Check in tent on Friday March, 29th to place your vehicle no later than 9pm.

Your VW needs to be in show area no later than 9am on Saturday, March 30th. 8-9am is load in and vehicles must remain in secured guarded area and can not leave till Saturday, March 30th at 5pm and off event grounds by 7pm. You will need to be escorted off property by security of organizer staff. Please do not move your vehicle without support of approval. See more timeline info below when you pre-register.

Most Original VW – VW Peoples Choice

Best Custom VW – Best In Show VW

Awards will be presented at 4pm to the deserving winners from each category

STICKER & WRSITBAND

Limited Edition VW Sticker will be given to each registered VW. This exclusive sticker will be only available for Field Trip Fest 2024.

Each Registered VW owner has the option to choose what wristband they would like with a special VW Show price.

VIP PARKING IN FESTIVAL

Each registered VW will get exclusive VIP parking at the festival located on the festival grounds looking over the Docent Lounge and the main stage area. Best spot in the venue!
